Delivery Options
Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch and 3-5 days for delivery. All items are posted within the UK and major countries of the EU. Orders over £250 are sent via special delivery and all orders under £250 via recorded delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. All EU orders are sent by “Royal Mail international signed for” and a tracking number provided. Delivery to the EU will take between 5 – 10 days depending on your local postal service, EU shipping is fixed at £15.
UK Delivery
Royal mail first class recorded delivery – for all orders under £250
Delivery will take 1-3 days + 1 day for dispatch.
Royal mail special delivery – for all orders over £250 (insured for upto £500).
Delivery will be 1 day but allow 1-2 for dispatch.
International Delivery
Royal mail international – For all orders within europe (excl UK) £15
Delivery will take 3 – 10 days depending on location.
DHL International Delivery
DHL international – For all orders within europe (excl UK) £45 – Flat rate regardless of items purchased
Delivery will take 2 – 5 days depending on location.
Refunds
All refunds are at the sole description of the store, we will not refund the postage cost unless the item was faulty on delivery and has been reported within 7 days. Under teh DSR regulation any items that are returned will be refunded if pre-arranged and authorised, this is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All items are check prior to dispatch, if an item is damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement. If an item has developed a fault within 1 months a replacement unit will be issued. This excludes damage caused by user error/accidental or deliberate. We take no responsibility of damage of users equipment or users. All products are used at users own risk and discretion and we take no responsibility for illegal use of the equipment.
All software is purchased as is and without updates. No refunds or returns available on purchase of any software. All replacements are for products purchased directly from TestClips (excluding software) on manufacture faults within 1 months will be accepted.
All software is compatible with the listed operating systems and associated tools as stated in the listings.
