15W DC 3.7-13V USB load tester. A very good load tester that can be used to test the AMP output of USB power supplies such as battery banks. This can also be used to discharge batteries safely.

The fan will kick in when the temperature hits the pre-set threshold. Turn the thumb screw to increase the demand. A useful tool, that well made and in a small form factor.
